Lot Tech Services Ltd currently has an exciting, full-time on-site career opportunity for a Junior IT Support Officer for our Offices in Limassol. The ideal candidate will join a fast-growing IT environment and will have extensive networking and systems administration skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configuring new users;
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone);
  • Working schedule: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 18:00 or 10:00 - 19:00 or 11:00 - 20:00 and Friday 9:00 - 18:00. Monday to Friday working shifts are applicable on a rotation basis.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-year hands-on experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Experience in Windows operation systems;
  • Experience with PC and Mac hardware, Printers and Computer peripherals;
  • Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol;
  • Proven experience and knowledge in Microsoft server infrastructures and Microsoft OS installations
  • Availability to work in dynamic working hours;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
  • Knowledge of Google G Suite Products will be considered an advantage.
