Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Junior Compliance Officer to oversee our compliance program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations and activities are in compliance with all relevant international and domestic regulatory standards and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, implement, and manage the company's compliance strategies and programs.

● Stay abreast of current and upcoming regulations and legislation that affect financial services offered.

● Conduct regular compliance reviews, risk assessments, and audits to ensure all departments adhere to legal standards and internal policies.

● Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to management.

● Coordinate with different departments to ensure employee awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.

● Offer expert advice on the interpretation of regulatory requirements and their implications on business practices.

● Investigate any complex compliance issues or irregularities and develop a resolution strategy.

● Serve as the point of contact for all external regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies.

● Ensure that all compliance documentation, such as policies and procedures, is up-to-date and accessible to relevant staff.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

● At least 1 years of proven experience in compliance working for a regulated company.

● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal documents.

● Effective communication abilities and professional judgement.

● High ethical standards and professional integrity.

● Willingness to work closely and grow with the Compliance Team.

Bonus attributes:

● Professional certification in compliance, such as Certified Compliance Officer or equivalent i

● Advanced degree in a relevant field.

● Multilingual capabilities, especially in languages pertinent to key offshore jurisdictions.

● Familiarity with international financial regulations and standards, including MiFID II, ESMA, and other regulatory authorities.

● Demonstrated experience in offshore compliance regulation is a plus.

● Demonstrated experience in the offshore licensing process is a plus.
