Seeking a Head of Sales to lead a team of outbound B2B Sales Managers in Cyprus, driving sales growth and exceeding targets in the high-risk payment industry.
About the role:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects
- Onboard new operators, platform providers and agents
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers
- Lead a team of outbound B2B Sales Managers
- Maintain relationships with existing partners
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Develop business plans and strategies to achieve company sales goals
- Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for sales leaders and management
- Establish inbound lead requirements to meet sales objectives
