The role will represent the Organisation & the Client Experience Department within a model that differentiates Axi brand, from its competitors globally.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • Maintain and develop internal support and call centre quality assurance standards;
  • Review a subset of support agents' conversations (calls, emails, chat, etc);
  • Assess support interactions based on established quality standards;
  • Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback;
  • Discuss and explain feedback with agents and BAU Team Leads in regular meetings;
  • Analyze all customer service metrics (e.g. CSAT, FRT, IQS) and how the support team/call centre performance affects those KPIs;
  • Help the team improve agent performance with specific instructions and constant support;
  • Provide support for training and onboarding programs and relevant QA projects;
  • Monitor customer service performance on the agent and team level;
  • Create reports that reflect support performance to Team lead or relevant stakeholders where necessary;
  • Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency in internal evaluations;
  • Contribute to the team culture in a positive manner

Are you the one?

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal and written).
  • One year experience in Fintech industry, with the motivation for training.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
  • Proven skills to project manage.
  • Problem solving abilities and ability to function independently and in team environment.
  • Prior experience in training position in Fintech industry will be regarded as an advantage.
  • Detail oriented with teamwork abilities.
  • Communicative and focused on detail oriented.
  • Comfortable working on hybrid work mode.
