Revenue Region Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Revenue Manager to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with call centre/ customer support experience who is fluent in English. An additional foreign language is advantageous. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to travel extensively across our vast network of offices in Europe or Latin America, working closely with the Group CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple sales and Upsell teams, driving performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Group CEO on strategic initiatives and business development projects.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call centre or similar sales environment either within online trading, mobile telephony, insurance or gaming industries.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional foreign language is highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe and Latin America.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
