Job Description:

  • Collecting, verifying, and examining partner information and relevant supporting documents to ensure banks' compliance with KYC requirements.
  • Communicate and follow up with banking institutions regarding potential issues of bank transactions. Preparation of bank forms.
  • Keep records about all opened/onboarding/closed accounts. Update banks with regards to any changes in company.
  • Follow, monitor and check that proper documentation is in place for company's withdrawals and deposits. Respond promptly to all bank requests regarding transactions supporting documentation.
  • Effectively communicate with relevant counterparties such as legal and accounting services providers.
  • In addition to these duties the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field.
  • Business fluency in the English and Russian languages, both spoken and written, knowledge of other languages ​​will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience with banks, financial institutions, accounting will be considered an advantage.
  • Good time management skills and priority handling.
  • Documentation management skills.
  • Investigative and analytical skills.
  • Basic networking and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
