What you will do


• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.


• Develop and manage the IT department's annual budget to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.


• Lead IT project management efforts, from planning and design to execution and evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.


• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard company data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Lead the IT Team

What you bring


• Hold a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.


• Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.


• Demonstrate a proven track record in successful IT project management, infrastructure oversight, and leadership.


• Exhibit strong leadership and management skills, capable of building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing IT team.


• Maintain up-to-date awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT.


• Exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and working under pressure.
