  • Creation and management of email marketing campaigns
  • Developing appealing and target group-specific email content
  • Segmentation and management of email lists
  • Carrying out A/B tests to optimise subject lines, content and sending times
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance of email campaigns
  • Maintaining and updating the email database
  • Creating and implementing Instagram marketing strategies
  • Creating and publishing engaging and relevant content on Instagram
  • Interacting with the Instagram community and building engagement
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance of Instagram posts and campaigns
  • Monitoring trends and competition on Instagram
  • Collaborating with the design team to create visual content
  • Developing strategies to increase the number of followers and engagement CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • Completed training or studies in marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
    • Experience in email marketing and creating email campaigns
    • Sound knowledge of the use of email marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.)
    • Experience in Instagram marketing and content creation for social media
    • Creativity and a good sense of visual aesthetics
    • Analytical skills and experience in reporting and analysing marketing campaigns
    • Good knowledge of current trends and best practices in email and Instagram marketing
    • Ability to work in a team, initiative and a structured way of working
