Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Hardware and Software Management: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • IT Support: Assisting colleagues with IT challenges at all support levels.
  • IT Infrastructure Administration: Monitoring and administration of the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Data Management: Carrying out data backups and restores.
  • Marketing Support: Supporting the marketing team in SEO, website design, and maintenance.
  • Business Software Development: Supporting the development and integration of business software (ERP and CRM).
  • Software Testing: Carrying out software tests and bug fixes.
  • Documentation and Training: Creation and maintenance of documentation and manuals, as well as organisation and implementation of IT training courses for colleagues.
Candidate Profile
  • Education and Qualifications: Completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Sound knowledge in the administration of Mac systems, experience in network administration (LAN, WAN, WLAN), and basic knowledge of marketing, design, and web hosting.
  • Soft Skills: High degree of service-orientation and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, initiative, and a structured way of working.
  • Language Skills: Good written and spoken German and English skills.
