Marketing & Graphic Designer

Orthodoxou Group is expanding operations and is currently looking for a Marketing Officer who is passionate about marketing and everything digital. The successful candidate will support the Marketing department in its primary and administrative duties, including co-organizing campaigns and marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Duties:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities

• Support marketing department in organizing various projects and campaigns

• Conduct market research and analyze rating reports and questionnaires

• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

• Assist in organizing promotional events and offline campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

• Prepare digital presentations

• Design brochures, flyers and other marketing materials

• Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)

• Content creation

• Website administration

Requirements:

• BSc in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Media, Business or any other relevant degree

• Prior experience in marketing related positions will be considered an advantage

• Very good verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

• Computer literacy

• Knowledge of Adobe Platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) will be considered an advantage

• Knowledge of Canva

• Knowledge of email marketing systems (like Mailchimp, AWeber) will be considered an advantage

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Creative thinking

• Strong project management skills

• Pleasant personality
