Our marketing team is spread out across many countries, but we're united by a shared goal: to build the best user acquisition system in the world. And that goal trumps any budget considerations.

Playrix is looking for a forward-thinking marketing producer who will improve our user acquisition strategy and lead projects for our user acquisition team at the departmental level. Our top team of professionals, powerful automation and analytics system, and relationships with partners allow us to influence and shape the industry.

Tasks:

  • Developing a user acquisition strategy
  • Studying the algorithms of advertising channels, forming hypotheses, conducting research
  • Analyzing the results of advertising campaigns, meeting KPIs
  • Working in tandem with the creative team and our partners
  • Leading the user acquisition team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Experience working for a big company
  • Experience managing a traffic procurement team
  • Understanding the functionality of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English

Preferred:

  • Experience in game dev
  • Experience with analytical systems (BI, Tableau)
  • Experience working in analytics
