Job Summary:

If you are ambitious, reliable and have a flair for events, we are looking for you As an Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and producing our Cyprus clients' events. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions. Your role will involve prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring seamless execution of events, while reporting to the sales manager in Cyprus office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the team to ensure client requirements are understood and met.

· Manage the planning and coordinating of events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

· Attend events to provide on-site support and ensure client satisfaction.

· Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

· Provide feedback and insights to improve our event offerings and sales strategies.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details.

· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

· Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including invoicing and contract management.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required for this role, and proficiency in Greek and Russian will be considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in events, especially corporate events.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
