Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reconciliation Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate reconciliation of client funds, bank accounts, and payment providers on a daily basis. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to resolve discrepancies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily reconciliations of client funds, bank accounts, and payment providers.

Verify and reconcile Platform balances and Payment method balances.

Efficiently resolve any identified discrepancies.

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing reconciliation findings.

Identify weaknesses in systems to mitigate potential losses for the company.

Assist in various tasks and internal reporting as necessary.

Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve outstanding tasks.

Experience and Qualifications:

High level of Excel.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and analyze large datasets.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in financial or fintech industries preferred.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
