Reconciliation Specialist

We are currently looking for a meticulous and proactive Reconciliation Officer to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing reconciliations of clients' funds, bank accounts & payment providers on a daily basis
  • Reconciliation of Platform equity and Payment method balances
  • Resolve any discrepancies identified in an efficient and effective manner
  • Reporting of the reconciliation findings
  • Identifying weakness on the systems to avoid losses for the company
  • Assist in other reconciliations and internal reporting as required
  • Stay up to date with the general company's policies and procedures
  • Produce reconciliation of Client liability over assets on a daily and monthly basis
  • Ability to identify errors and report any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client's funds and balances
  • Investigating transactions and advice funding on corrections
  • Adhere to corporate standards and procedures relating to reconciliation activities
  • Liaise with other departments to investigate discrepancies
  • Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company
  • Assist in the improvement of procedures and controls in the relevant fields
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Economics/ Finance/ Business/ Statistics or any other relevant field is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in FOREX/CFDs industry is a must or at least years of
experience in a Finance, Banking, PSP position or any other relevant field will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of Methodos Reconciliation System would be considered as an advantage
  • Excel experience & knowledge is a must (Vlookup/Pivot/countIf formulas)\\
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent command of English (both verbal & written)
