Vendor Management Specialist

The full production cycle IT company Pine Software specializes in the development of software products/services in the field of information technologies. The company's team is working on creating a trading platform with innovative solutions that solve specific problems and satisfy certain customer needs. Company is also engaged in research and development of new technological solutions.Our head office is located in sunny, sometimes scorchy Larnaca, Cyprus, and we have an office located in Kyiv as well.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including stock markets and market-data suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, conditions, and long-term contracts to secure favorable agreements and ensure service quality.

• Serve as the billing contact, maintain a register of contracts and invoices, and oversee the payment process in Jira.

• Monitor market trends to identify new vendors and cost-saving opportunities.

• Submit monthly market data reports.

• Cooperation with accounting and legal departments, assistance in different high-prioritized tasks.

• Participate in budget planning and forecasting related to vendor services.

Required experience:

• Previous experience in roles such as vendor manager, account manager or project manager, demonstrating strong organizational and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in billing, invoicing, and utilizing systems like Jira for payment coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred, with relevant professional certifications as applicable.
• Experience in negotiations and vendor management
• Solid knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail user
