What we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a talented Senior Analyst to join our team in Limassol.

Your daily activities as an Affiliate Manager will be:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining adequate reporting to monitor the company's marketing operations and performance.

Performing data analysis to identify opportunities and cost efficiencies.

Analysing marketing-business metrics and providing ROI analysis of all affiliate campaigns.

Analysing large datasets and providing useful actionable recommendations to support the marketing teams goals.

Providing user demographics, behaviour data and analysis for market segmentation and product evaluation.

Planning and analysing effective tests in order to improve Affiliate KPIs.

Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases

Assist in training and supporting business users on BI tools and data interpretation

Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis processes, and reporting methodologies

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide insights and support business decision-making.

Develop, maintain, and manage BI dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.

You are best for this role if you have/are:

Minimum 2 year of experience in BI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar Role

Advance knowledge of MS Excel, SQL and Power BI

Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on performance metrics.

English language (B2), any other language will be considered as an advantage.

Proactive attitude, good communication skills, ability to multitask.
