**Job Title:** Senior Financial Analyst

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports, analyzing financial information, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare monthly management reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Analyze financial information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Report on findings and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Liaise with external auditors for the company's annual audit.
  • Process payroll and preparation of relevant forms.
  • Assist the CFO in producing the budget according to the schedule.
  • Undertake month-end and year-end financial statement closing process.
  • Review journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy.
  • Train and mentor junior accountants.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field.
  • ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the FX industry is a must.
  • Advance MS Excel skills, including the use of formulas and pivot tables, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • A hands-on approach to the overall operational functions of the company.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.
  • Ability to gather and dissect financial data.
  • Team player and good coaching skills.

**Salary:** 2,500 EUR - 3,000 EUR Gross
