Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer / Accountant to manage payroll, accounting, and financial transactions for a multinational company in Limassol.
Main Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Process payroll for all employees, adhering to local regulations and tax laws.
- Recording Suppliers' Invoices: Accurately record and manage invoices from suppliers, ensuring they are matched with purchase orders and contracts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are identified and resolved.
- General Ledger Entries: Maintain accurate entries in the general ledger, including adjustments, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in payroll and accounting, with strong knowledge of Cyprus tax regulations and payroll systems.
- Accounting Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
