Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join our team at Emerald Zebra Recruitment. As an Accounts Supervisor, you will play a key role in the management of our company's accounting department.

• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department and assist with daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
• Reconcile banks and general ledger accounts, and prepare and file tax returns in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Assist with new employee paperwork, communication with the Labor Department and Social Insurance, and preparation of payroll.
• Support management in preparing audit information and track day-to-day cash flow with the Head of Finance.
• Review and assist with client reporting and audit, and input in upgrading company procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with ACA/ACCA qualification an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with knowledge of Xero an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, with Russian an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Flexible working hours around the standard 9:00-17:00 with a half-hour break.
• Parking available.
