Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Arrange and participate in interviews
  • Present introductory presentation to new hires
  • Arrange and coordinate corporate events
  • Prepare job descriptions for new vacancies
  • Publish new vacancies, collect and filter CVs, and provide them to departmental manager for review
  • Keep records of holidays, trainings, and seminars
  • Arrange and keep records of yearly appraisals
  • Prepare board resolutions and minutes
  • Perform administration tasks, such as ordering stationery and office materials
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree
  • English at a high level (read, speech, and written)
  • Comfortable communication in additional languages an advantage
  • Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
