OpiniQ Ltd is seeking a Corporate Advisor for our consulting company specializing in providing professional services across various business sectors. The successful candidate will join our legal team to support our firm's mission and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Legal support for obtaining offshore gambling licenses (Curacao/Kahnawake/IOM, etc.)
  • Legal support for companies after obtaining licenses
  • Company registration, interaction with banks, opening bank accounts and payment systems responding to bank and payment solution requests
  • Development of documents (contracts, additional agreements, etc.) - development of new forms/templates, verification of correctness, amendments, including in English
  • Handling complaints (preparing responses to complaints, appealing them)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Relevant experience in licensing companies related to the gambling sector (ideally with offshore licenses) from 1 year
  • English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher
  • Experience with European and international jurisdictions (Curacao, IOM, BVI, etc.) will be advantageous
  • Experience in compliance procedures
  • Skills in developing contracts and agreements with international counterparties
