Job Description:

Are you a skilled and dynamic individual with a flair for converting potential leads into loyal customers?

We are in search of talented English, Spanish, Italian, German and Arabic Conversion Agents to join an amazing team in Cyprus. As a Conversion Agent, your primary role will involve optimizing conversion rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Implement effective conversion strategies to turn leads into active customers
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for conversion process enhancement

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in conversion optimization or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Capability to work legally with provided work visa - EU Passport Holders.
