We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Risk Management to oversee risk management operations, ensuring the integrity of trading practices and optimization of results. The role requires proactive market exposure monitoring, high-risk trades identification, and overall market and execution risks management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze all trading activities and market exposure to identify and apply actions to mitigate/minimize risks.
  • Oversee dealing room tasks, including continuous monitoring of prices from liquidity providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of trade executions.
  • Contribute and lead the introduction of new tradable products and services, comparing to market availability and competitors.
  • Manage account leverages, ensuring alignment with company risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
  • Daily monitor trades and report swaps abuse, taking required actions in line with business needs.
  • Monitor trading behavior, detecting abuse, including arbitrage, trading on delayed prices, etc.
  • Monitor business finders' performance in rebate structure, trading behavior, and financial result for the company.
  • Ensure all trading activities comply with local and international financial regulations, updating risk policies and procedures.
  • Build and lead a team of risk analysts and traders to achieve department objectives, providing training and development to enhance expertise in risk management and dealing operations.
  • Generate and review daily reports on trading activities, risk exposures, and performance metrics to ensure continuous monitoring and quick response to market changes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, with advanced degrees or certifications highly desirable.
  • At least 10 to 12 years of experience in risk management within financial services, specifically in CFDs and Forex trading.
  • Deep understanding of trading revenues, proficiency in trading platforms and risk management software.
  • Experience using Meta trader 4/5, C-trader.
  • Experience in all types of CFDs products, Options, ETF, NTF Stocks, Equities.
  • High level of communications with liquidity providers and counterparties with proven negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills to manage complex data and forecasting.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing global trading positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
