- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Develop and manage the IT department's budget and priorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other C-suite executives and departments to identify opportunities for technology-driven business improvements.
- IT Governance & Risk Management: Establish and maintain an IT governance framework to ensure that IT investments are aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, including 5+ years in a senior management role, ideally as a CIO or similar executive position.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives in a large, complex organization.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, IoT, and data analytics.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large budgets and drive cost-effective IT operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and large-scale IT projects.
