In one sentence

We are seeking for a Regional Operations Partner to join our dynamic team in Cyprus, Limassol. The Regional Operations Partner is responsible for managing the services activities at the Region (cluster of accounts). He/she will be dedicated to the management of several global account's operations in parallel working closely with each account Operations Partner.

What will your job look like?

  • The Regional Operations Partner leads the managed services activity in the region.
  • He/she has teams that maintain Amdocs customer and business centricity and should focus on an in-depth understanding of the customer's business requirements, processes, and technical systems.
  • The Regional Operations Partner support and manages the account Operations Partners which through a dotted line relationship, the equivalent management (Director or Project Managers (PMs)) from the relevant services CCs covers production activity 24/7.
  • The Regional Operations Partner collaborates with the Customer Business Executive (CBE), who has overall responsibility for Amdocs business with the customer.
  • The Regional Operations Partner and CBE are linked by common goals, targets, and performance measurements. In addition, the Regional Operations Partner interacts with the Service Partner (SP), who leads Delivery activity until production BAU, and performs a handshake with the Deployment Manager.
  • The Regional Operations Partner will work to leverage the organizational benefits in favor of the accounts in the region by striving for standardization automation and transforming the organization to be technology led
  • The Regional Operations Partner support the different opportunities in the region to enable growth in managed services

All you need is...

  • Bachelor's degree in business economics or related field.
  • At least 8 years' experience in managing and leading global teams
  • Customer Centric Mindset
  • Experience in Telecommunication industry
  • Proven track record of managing customers and large organizations/projects.
  • Proven planning and execution capabilities
  • In-depth business understanding of the customer's environment and the intended use of the system developed.
  • Technology understanding
  • Ability to work within a matrix.
