We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to be responsible for onboarding of new clients according to guidelines and regulations of the Card Schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and European regulators.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years prior experience in compliance roles – A must
  • Legal degree
  • Superior attention to small details in order to identify and correct risky practices
  • Exemplify strong knowledge of industry protocols and best practices
  • Strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writing – A must
  • Possess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from interfaces
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the potential clients (companies) Due Diligence process with every partner the Company engaged.
  • Research companies requesting Solid Payments services to determine whether they meet our compliance/regulatory standards
  • Leading multiple onboarding processes with potentials clients in parallel
  • Evaluate companies documentations and follow guidelines and checklist as per policy.
  • Preform screening and web checks for potential clients consistently.
  • Communication with acquiring partners globally and follow their policies
  • KYC and AML checks on potential clients during onboarding process.
