Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, guiding customers through our store, and supporting them in finding what they need while showcasing our products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Guide customers through our store, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations
  • Support colleagues in achieving sales targets and promoting loyalty programs
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and inviting store environment
  • Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
