Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to achieve outstanding customer experience through operational excellence and visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, and create plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels.

  • Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail management and operations.
  • Expertise in sales planning, analysis, and follow-up using customer-centric tools and reporting.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring, coaching, and developing teams while exemplifying company values and culture.
