Are you seeking a challenging IT role with opportunities for growth and development?
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site technical support to users and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining clear documentation;
- Coordinate the client's help desk service, managing tickets, priorities, and escalations;
- Act as liaison between end-users, IT teams, and service providers, fostering effective communication and collaboration;
- Monitor system health, reporting technical issues or risks, and providing basic training or guidance to users when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems coordination roles;
- Proficiency in common desktop and office environments (Windows, MS Office, email systems, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong problem-solving attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently and professionally.
