IT Project Director

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects effectively, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and budget adherence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Establish clear project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, developing comprehensive project proposals.
• Set and track project milestones, addressing potential delays while realigning expectations as necessary.
• Foster effective communication among stakeholders through transparent change management processes.
• Develop and implement thorough project communication plans, providing regular updates to relevant staff and stakeholders.
• Analyze project data to prepare detailed status reports, facilitating informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 3 years of experience in project management is required.
• Strong project management and leadership skills are essential for guiding teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex project details clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and specialized project management tools.
• The ability to motivate teams and manage successful project completion within set timeframes.
• Ability to plan and facilitate workshops for project kick-offs, envisioning sessions, and other presentations.
• Ensure quality assurance and project governance as outlined by Emerald Zebra.
• Professional certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
