Chief Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Chief Operations Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to join Emerald Zebra, a well-established provider of corporate services in Cyprus.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key operational tasks, ensuring compliance, and providing vital support to a diverse local and international client base as well as internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day matters with the Cyprus Registry, including company incorporation, name applications, changes to shareholders/directors/registered office/secretary/articles, submission of financial statements, share capital changes, and ordering new certificates.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Update and maintain both physical and electronic company files and profiles.
• Provide administrative support in communication between auditors, accountants, and in-house client accounts departments.
• Assist clients with company formation and preparation of relevant documents.
• Work collaboratively with a small team to achieve departmental standards and targets.
• Perform other duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the role and the services provided.

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of company formation, administration, and statutory matters.
• Familiarity with Anti Money Laundering regulations (due diligence & KYC).
• Proficiency in Quorum software is an advantage.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Competence in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Information:

• The salary range for this position is approximately 21,600 to 27,600 Euro gross per year, depending on experience.
• The working hours are from Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00.
