Reconciliation Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in clients and bank reconciliations? We're seeking a skilled Reconciliation Officer to join our team at Emerald Zebra, a leading fintech company in Limassol.

• Perform daily reconciliation of accounting system data, including bank/PSP balances and client/platform balances.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, providing detailed explanations and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client funds and balances, highlighting key trends and areas for optimization.
• Assist in reporting reconciliation findings and contributing to the development of process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the industry, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
