Hotel Manager Job Description

Cy Recruitment seeks a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead the operations of our 5-star luxury hotel. As a strategic leader, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive hotel operations to meet high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a skilled team of hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experience and hotel profitability.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience and expertise in Food & Beverage management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
