Job Title: German Speaking Customer Advisor

We are a leading financial services company seeking a highly skilled German-speaking customer advisor to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking clients, managing their inquiries, providing information about financial products, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client issues, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients in German and English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share insights, improve service processes, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  • Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to help improve our products and services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English: Must be fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Financial Knowledge: Experience or interest in the financial industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
