House Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence in Limassol. This role involves supervising a team of maids, chefs, and other household staff while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home.

  • Lead and coordinate the work of maids, chef, and other household staff
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home
  • Create and manage cleaning schedules, task lists, and household supply inventories
  • Train and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Step in to perform housekeeping or other duties when necessary
  • Communicate with the household owner(s) to ensure expectations are met
  • Oversee laundry, wardrobe care, and maintenance of fine materials and furnishings
  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., maintenance, deliveries)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury household or high-end hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and flexible approach to work
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Fluent in English
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy
  • Experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, resorts, private estates) will be considered as an advantage
