The role involves designing and developing high-performance, scalable backend services that drive the performance and reliability of our trading platforms. As a Technical Lead (Go), you'll take charge of building systems that meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop reliable, high-load services with optimal performance.
  • IDentify bottlenecks and enhance system efficiency.
  • Lead design discussions and align solutions with business goals.
  • Work closely with engineers, support teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
  • Implement tests and CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases.

About You

  • You have proficiency in Go, distributed systems, and high-speed, low-latency environments.
  • You are skilled with Docker, container orchestration, AWS, and Twelve-Factor App principles.
  • You possess strong software development, architecture, and database design skills.
  • Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and tools like Jira is a plus.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
