In this exciting role as a Digital Marketing Director for the financial services sector, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance search engine rankings, drive traffic, and improve our company's online presence.

The role includes managing a team of SEO professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing with broader business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced digital marketing strategies to increase search engine visibility and online reach in the financial market.
  • Lead the digital marketing team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and adjusting tactics to maximize outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to the financial industry, targeting high-value search terms.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to boost rankings and improve user engagement.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure all materials are SEO-optimized while maintaining quality standards.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs to evaluate strategy performance and refine approaches.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, with a focus on the financial services industry.
  • Partner with department heads to align digital marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on digital marketing progress, outcomes, and initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Forex and/or Fintech sector is essential.
  • Expertise in current digital marketing practices and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable improvements in traffic and revenue.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
