Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Advisory Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about tax consulting and want to make a meaningful impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, advising on tax implications of business plans, performing tax diagnostic reviews, and acting as the main contact for clients. They will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of junior staff, contribute to the development and sharing of technical knowledge within the team, and collaborate with Partners and Directors to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant Postgraduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics or a related field
  • A postgraduate degree in Law or the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or other relevant professional qualification would be considered advantageous
  • 4-6 years of work experience with expertise in advising on Cyprus and international tax matters
  • Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems in a collaborative and creative way
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internally
