  • As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the team on taxation with a focus on corporate income taxation in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. This includes managing outsourced EMEA CIT compliance, CIT accounting under IAS 12 and international tax advisory to the business.">

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Preparation of Cypriot annual CIT returns for three Cypriot legal entities">
  • Reviewing annual CIT returns prepared by outsourced tax advisors for 12 jurisdictions in the EMEA region">
  • Administration of EMEA CIT compliance including responding to tax authority notices, assisting with audits and ensuring online portals are accessible">
  • Working with local finance teams to roll out new CIT provision preparation processes">
  • Completing claims for R&D tax credits as necessary">
  • Advising product and finance teams on EMEA CIT and withholding issues relevant to the technology industry">
  • Supporting sales tax and employment tax tasks as required">
  • Providing operational tax reporting support to the business">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working in EMEA corporate income taxation, preferably in a Big Four accounting firm or multinational enterprise">
  • Qualified professional accountant or lawyer with formal academic education in financial accounting, taxation and corporate finance">
  • Strong knowledge of international taxation and ability to learn about other types of taxation such as sales tax, employment tax and operational tax reporting">
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, curious and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and quantitative skills">
