Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with our AI engineers, front-end developers, and product managers to build scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing back-end services and APIs that power our AI-driven bots
  • Collaborating with AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into production environments
  • Evaluating the performance, scalability, and security of the back-end systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and caching mechanisms
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Docker Swarm)
  • Previous experience in AI or machine learning projects is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
