We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Emerald Zebra. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional guest service experiences, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure that assigned rooms are prepared to the highest standard.
- Oversee luggage collection and storage, ensuring that guests' belongings are safe and secure.
- Promptly address guest requests and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listen to and respond to guest feedback, ensuring that we continuously improve our services.
- Ensure that all guests, including those with special needs, receive personalized attention and care.
- Coordinate communication between guests and staff, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Inform guests of our hotel services, including dining options and amenities.
- Promote all hotel amenities and programs, ensuring that guests are aware of the services we offer.
- Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Manager or similar role.
- Understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws.
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS).
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
