Strategic Digital Campaign Manager

Job Description:

LXM Media & Publishing is a growing leader in the inflight advertising and content space. We partner with top airlines to deliver engaging media and advertising across digital touchpoints from boarding passes and emails to in-flight entertainment and social media.

• Manage the entire operational process related to targeted advertising.
• Oversee our social presence and manage the delivery of high-performing advertising campaigns across our airline media network.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with advertisers to ensure the correct advertising materials are received on time.
• Handle the airline approval process.
• Set up campaigns on Ad-Master.
• Monitor all campaigns.
• Adjust campaign settings if they do not perform as expected, including coordinating with sales agents and clients to present optimization recommendations.
• Report.
• Perform data analytics on AdMaster.

Key Skills:

• Strong writing skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of digital media workflows and ad delivery platforms.
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive).
• Creative eye for visual storytelling (graphic or video skills a plus).
• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Ideal experience with ad servers or digital ad platforms.
