• Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee office operations and liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and service providers. Support event planning, team-building activities, and company initiatives.
