Job Title: Conversion Agent

We are seeking a skilled Conversion Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced sales environments and have a strong passion for influencing and persuading clients.

About the Role

The Conversion Agent will be responsible for proactively contacting warm leads, guiding prospective clients through the onboarding process, and maintaining high outbound call volume. They will also ensure all conversions meet minimum eligibility criteria or sales thresholds and collaborate with marketing and customer retention teams to improve handover processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact warm leads to convert initial interest into transactions or sales
  • Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process
  • Maintain high outbound call volume and active engagement throughout the day
  • Ensure all conversions meet minimum eligibility criteria or sales thresholds
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer retention teams to improve handover processes
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or lead conversion roles is an advantage
  • Exposure to fast-paced sales environments or high-volume call centers is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and achieving results
  • Ability to maintain focus, discipline, and motivation throughout repetitive tasks and long call sessions
  • Resilient and able to perform under pressure in a structured, metric-oriented environment
  • Quick learner with a desire to grow and develop professionally
