Emerald Zebra is a leading hosting provider offering IT Support to a large portfolio of clients worldwide.
We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level System and Network Engineer to join our client's growing team in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting both in-house and client infrastructure solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide Level-2 Technical Support
- Assist in developing, managing, and improving tasks & scripts through automation
- Support day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrading of both internal and client infrastructure solutions
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and participate in relevant audits/assessments
- Investigate, Troubleshoot, and provide resolution to incidents affecting the Company's infrastructure (internal systems, client services, remote data centers network infrastructure, etc)
- Plan, install, configure, and support internal and clients' infrastructure solutions (Linux & Windows Servers, Routing/Firewalls, Hypervisors, cPanel)
- Coordinate work related to the Company's remote Data centers worldwide
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in the IT industry and proven experience in:
- Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Networks, Virtualization
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multi-support-channel environment (Skype, Slack, Emails, Ticketing System, Phone)
- Basic Networking/Routing skills
