We are currently recruiting for a dynamic international organization seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of its entity.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys working independently while playing a key part in a global finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full ownership of month-end processes, including preparation of accounting records and posting of journals
  • Preparation and review of monthly management reports
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Managing the annual external audit process
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and financial regulatory requirements
  • Implementing and maintaining effective financial controls and procedures
  • Assisting with the accounting records of another entity
  • Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES returns
  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Preparing regulatory reporting for relevant authorities and serving as the main point of contact
  • Handling other ad hoc regulatory reporting requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field; professional qualification (CAT, ACA, or ACCA)
  • 5 - 10 years of experience including industry
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and drive
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage
