Job Title: Head of SEO

Are you a seasoned SEO professional with a passion for driving online visibility?

We are seeking an experienced Head of SEO to lead our clients' digital marketing initiatives. This role is critical in enhancing their online presence and driving targeted, high-quality traffic to their platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that elevate search engine rankings and expand digital presence.
  • Lead and Inspire the SEO Team: Set clear goals and continuously fine-tune strategies to optimize performance and results.
  • Master Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis within the financial sector to capture key search terms and drive relevant traffic.
  • Optimize Website Content and Paid Search Campaigns: Improve both rankings and user experience by overseeing the optimization of website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Content Creators: Ensure all digital content is SEO-optimized while maintaining its quality and relevance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize cutting-edge analytics tools to assess the performance of SEO strategies and make informed adjustments based on insights.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Keep up with the latest SEO and digital marketing developments, particularly those that impact the financial industry.
  • Align with Marketing and Business Goals: Collaborate with department heads to ensure SEO aligns seamlessly with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Manage the SEO Budget: Allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Provide Regular Insights to Senior Management: Update senior management with clear, actionable insights on SEO performance and progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of SEO experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO tools and platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
  • A history of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that led to measurable increases in traffic and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive SEO success.
  • Excellent team leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders and present SEO insights clearly.
