Head of SEO

We are seeking an experienced Head of SEO to lead our clients' digital marketing initiatives and drive targeted, high-quality traffic to their platform.

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to elevate search engine rankings and expand digital presence.
• Lead and manage the SEO team, setting clear goals and fine-tuning strategies to optimize performance and results.
• Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to capture key search terms and drive relevant traffic.
• Oversee the optimization of website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns to improve rankings and user experience.
• Partner with content creators to ensure all digital content is SEO-optimized while maintaining quality and relevance.
• Utilize cutting-edge analytics tools to assess SEO strategy performance and make informed adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing developments, particularly those impacting the financial industry.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure SEO aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
• Manage and allocate the SEO budget to maximize ROI.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on SEO performance and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of SEO experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of SEO tools and platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
• A history of developing and executing successful SEO strategies with measurable increases in traffic and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent team leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders and present SEO insights clearly.

• Salary depends on experience: 36K - 45K EUR Gross/Year
