About the Role:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted headhunting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee development and retention.
• Support performance management, onboarding, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Analyze market trends and analytics to refine talent acquisition strategies and enhance employer branding.
• Stay updated with industry trends to improve recruitment practices and HR processes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the fintech or related industry.
• Exceptional networking abilities, advanced candidate sourcing expertise, and a track record of delivering high-quality hires.
• Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with HR certifications considered an advantage.

Package and Benefits:

• Salary: €22,000 - €24,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (30-minute flexibility from 08:30 to 17:30).
