Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a renowned leader in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) line.

Job Overview

The role of a Consultant 2 involves ensuring clear and transparent communication across internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time.

Key responsibilities include working with onsite engagement teams and clients to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables. Additionally, the Consultant 2 must ensure quality project delivery of produced deliverables, demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, and provide on-site support throughout delivery and go-live phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree level of education
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy or 3 end-to-end implementations
  • Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies
  • Base knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
  • Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
  • Strong experience in Finance Modules on FO
  • Strong Client Relationship Management
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Agile learner
